TOM offers market parties a Best Execution Service, with the focus on best execution of securities orders
and a new platform. Shortly, TOM will facilitate the trading in stocks and at a later stage
derivatives. A connection to TOM gives banks and liquidity providers access to a transparent
and low cost platform. TOM aims to transform into a MTF in two years' time, but preferably sooner. The
Best Execution Service, which is connected to the platform, will provide banks with
the best possible order execution.
