Besides a Best Execution Service TOM also provides a venue which is able to facilitate
the matching of buy and sell orders. TOM expects to execute the first
orders from retail investors in the near future. Initially, the trading in AEX and AMX listed stocks will be offered.
At that time BinckBank and Alex Vermogensbank will be connected to the platform. Third parties will
be allowed to use this service in due course. Ultimately, TOM has the ambition to expand its
platform by allowing multiple banks access to it.
At that time TOM will transform into a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF).
